Govt is blind & not practical & not teady to justify the demands of Landlord.
Courts are interpreting in their own way and in the same old style. The rupee has devalued greatly by 75% & Govt., should consider the demand of Landlord & should justify the demand. When property tax is increased by 300 to 400 % by the civic authority, why the Government is adamant?. The Government can hike/increase by 300 to 400% in their own structure with retrospective effect fr 2010 in Municipal Tax & again after 4 years further hike of 40% is allowed. Is it not a mockery?and ultimately main sufferer are those who obey the law & maintain decipline are sufferer only
