Pl. note that I have appointed Shri kanti Lalpuria of Total Solutions to prepare structural audit report as per proforma B furnished to me by H east Ward office.

I have also appointed them to make detailed report of condition of building, repairs required and estimates for carrying out repairs and the time frame in which same can be carried out.

For this purpose they will need to visit the entire building, ground floor, first floor, terrace and other structures in the building.

You are requested to cooperate, remain present if you so desire. Pl. make access to premises on first floor, room under staircase  and terrace.

The date and time fixed for visit is  7th April  2015 at 11 am..

Pl. confirm on my above phone no. suitability for the purpose of visit of Structural Engineer.
