Tenant Bina has shamefully neglected the premises let out to her and demands huge amount to stop harrassing
These photographs were taken on 13th Feb 2014 which clearly show huge pipal tree every where on 1st floor , broken windows, unrepaired ,unpolished and unpainted windows, door, walls, chajja, etc, huge cracks and shabby condition
And this tenant wants crores in lieu of this premises for which she pays Rs 138/- p.m. as rent . She has harrassed me enough and yet she expects me to bow down to her illegal and manipulative acts.
I submitted following to CM on FB. Dear All, Pl. note that BMC asked for structural audit of building known as Saburi, Vakola Bridge, Santacruz east from me as I am the owner. I submitted same in Dec 2013. However nearly 3 months hv passed but BMC H/East has not acted/advised on the report which clearly says that building is in bad condition. Even with naked eyes one can see the condition. How to make representation to Priya Datt and Mahajan contesting from here. Smt Mahadeshwar has given letter to Ward office asking to expedite and reply. Still no word from them. I plan to do a demo at H/east carrying banner next week.I have sent copies of letter to CM, MC,CP, SR. PI Vakola but none has replied.
