Mrs Bina Chowdhury has several properties under her tenancy and are grossly underused and misused:
- She is a tenant of one entire bungalow at a very prominent location which is just next to 7 star hotel Grand Hyatt.

2. She has huge property under her on lease from wadia estate:

3. Besides above she had one lodging boarding at Vakola Bridge which she has sold and made good money.
4. Besides she is having tenancy in our property and not using the same at all.

She has filed a false case claiming rights to terrace of our building and engaged one of the most costliest Advocate for 23 years. This seasoned advocate with lot of contacts in judicial fraternity practice in south Mumbai but he comes specially from there. Incidentally other advocates even if junior and in next court room in Bandra have to be chased but her advocate is available on most dates and devotes full time and energy which shows of course his dedication but also how much he must be charging to her.
